This isn’t a philosophical post. I have found that there are a few products that really help me help my son who has autism. Sharing here because they might help someone else. Waterproof paper. It prints in a laser printer, but not inkjet. My son’s visual language PODD is printed on this material, and we’re planning some visual schedules as well. Window Crayons. We have a sliding glass door, and I’ve been able to draw a few First/Then patterns and pictures so my son can point to request things. You can probably find these at your local big box store as well.
